Hawrat Sanad Housing Project 'on track'

Bahrain is set to implement the third phase of the Hawrat Sanad projects, which includes the construction of 50 housing units, according to a report.
The units will be of the most common model (T3M), with an area of 209 sq m spread over two floors and each comprising four rooms, Abdullah Bu Hazza, assistant undersecretary for housing projects, was quoted as saying, in the Bahrain News Agency report.
About 55 per cent of the construction phase and 93 per cent of the infrastructure has been completed, and it will be connected with electricity and sewage networks immediately upon the completion of the necessary procedures, it said.
The units will be ready to be delivered to the beneficiaries by early next year, where 265 housing units were delivered last July, it added. - TradeArabia News Service
