DUBAI, August 26, 2015
Dubai Property Show, the emirate’s popular real estate exhibition, will be held for the first time in Mumbai, India from November from 6 to 8 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre.
Organized by Sumansa Exhibitions in association with Dubai Land Department as the official sponsor, it will exhibit Dubai’s lucrative real estate investment opportunities to Indians.
Hundreds of projects ranging from budget to luxury apartments to villas to beach properties to furnished apartments and commercial properties will be on display. Experienced developers will also be at hand to familiarize buyers with the UAE legislation, finance and regulations regarding property.
Exhibitors will be able to connect with their buyer at a personal level and forge stronger ties while they guide their client towards ventures that will be mutually beneficial. This will be a place to find the right financial consultants, brokers and investment houses and understand where and how to invest based on one’s investment profile. Buyers will also be able to avail exclusive promotions, and benefit from free seminars and networking sessions.
Sultan Butti bin Mejren, director general of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), said: "India is an enormous economic and demographic power at the global level, experiencing high growth rates that contribute to the rise of the middle income group in the community.”
Sultan Al Suwaidi, partner at Sumansa Exhibitions said: “The property show in London saw fantastic sales figures, which should give an idea of how popular Dubai real estate is abroad. India naturally became our next destination since it is an economically fertile base and is home to more than 14,000 multi-millionaires who are constantly exploring financially rewarding investment prospects. There is also that fact that besides being the largest expat population in the world, Indians are also one of the biggest investors in Dubai real estate.”
“We chose Mumbai because the city is the nerve centre of India; a melting pot of different cultures, that is very similar to Dubai. It is also the financial, commercial and entertainment capital of the country and is rated among the six ‘billionaire cities’ globally. As the centre of commerce, Mumbai serves as an ideal platform for Indian business entrepreneurs to avail tremendous real estate opportunities in Dubai,” he added. – TradeArabia News Service
