Building permits increase 7pc in Bahrain

A seven per cent increase in construction permits was recorded in the first quarter of 2015 compared to the same period last year. This reflects investor confidence in Bahrain and the government’s development efforts, the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication, quoted Information Minister Isa Al Hammadi as saying.
Al Hammadi comments came following the Cabinet’s weekly session yesterday chaired by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
