The 16th edition of the Indian Property Show, featuring real estate projects from across India, opened on Thursday (June 11) in Dubai, UAE featuring an array of the latest properties by over 150 top real estate developers from India.
The three-day property expo was inaugurated by the chairman of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry Majid Saif Al Ghurair at Dubai World Trade Centre.
The exhibition will showcase the best of Indian real estate projects to over 17,000 potential investors in Dubai.
The biannual realty expo will be featuring apartments, villas, row houses, commercials and plots ranging from Rs1.2 million ($18,700) to Rs230 million whereas the show is poised to register big number of transactions and queries from prospective buyers.
“The weaker rupee and the recent approval of the real estate regulation bill 2013 are expected to renew the NRI interests further and propel the real estate investments. The bill is a pioneering initiative to protect the interest of consumers, to promote fair play in real estate transactions and to ensure timely execution of projects”, said Sunil Jaiswal, the president of Sumansa Exhibitions, the event organisers.
The show will be open to visitors from 11 am to 8 pm every day with free entry and provision for free parking.
“Today's changing real estate market dynamics and the volatile world in which the realty industry operates require knowledge and intelligence to create competitive advantage like never before,” stated Jaiswal.
This year’s show will witness three distinct regional pavilions alongside a special CREDAI Maharashtra pavilion with properties from Pune, Nashik, Nagpur and other cities of Maharashtra. The exhibition is specially designed to meet the needs of NRIs in the Middle East featuring the latest projects in India and diverse offerings from India’s finest developers.
The show features properties from Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Kolkata, Goa, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Mangalore, among others. -TradeArabia News Service
