Bahrain property association backs top industry expo
MANAMA, April 26, 2015
The Bahrain Property Development Association (BaPDA) has confirmed its continued support for the Gulf Property Show, which is now in its third edition.
The event, being organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), will take place at Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre from May 12 to 14.
Dedicated to promoting Bahrain and the GCC’s real estate and property developments, the annual show is being held under the patronage of the Prime Minister of Bahrain, His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
It will run alongside two other major exhibitions - gulfBID and gulfInteriors - thus ensuring the continued success of the biggest integrated business-to-business platform for the construction, interiors and property sectors in the Northern Gulf.
BaPDA is committed to the promotion of Bahrain’s real estate industry as a major economic sector for the kingdom.
The organization has been at the forefront of the property industry’s self-regulation - which has led to legislation defining an ethical code and best business practice for developers – and has raised the bar of excellence for all developers in the kingdom.
BaPDA chairman Aaref Hejres said: "The Gulf Property Show plays an important role in promoting Bahrain’s real estate sector not just within the country but across the wider GCC and internationally."
"This year’s edition is going to be its biggest showing yet, and we wish its exhibitors all the best for the coming event," he noted.
Welcoming BaPDA’s continued support for the event, Jubran Abdulrahman, the managing director of HCE, said: "The Gulf Property Show 2015 has caught the imagination of leading international as well as regional exhibitors from Turkey, the UAE, Malaysia, and the UK, with additional real estate opportunities being exhibited from Cyprus, Bosnia, the USA and Spain."
The show has also attracted the support of the Middle East Facilities Management Association and the German Chambers of Commerce, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
