Good response for Masharef at Cityscape Kuwait

Masharef Abha, a major real estate project in Kuwait, received an overwhelming response at the recently concluded Cityscape Kuwait, a premier international real estate investment and development event.
Dr Abdulmuhsen Al Medaaj, Minister of Commerce and Industry of Kuwait, visited the Masharef Abha stand at Cityscape, held in Kuwait (December 7 to 9), to study the various investment opportunities of the project.
He met with Ibrahim Al Majdouie, executive manager of Al Majdouie Group, the owners and developers of Masharef Abha project. Al Majdouie presented the different properties archetype of Masharef Abha and shared the success of the project achieved over the last two phases of sale. An investment of SR350 million ($93 million) was raised in second stage of sale of the project.
“The project has already received a huge response and continues to offer a great investment opportunity,” said Al Majdouie. “The project is supported by great infrastructure including wide and clean roads, electricity network, water and sewage systems and rain drainage channels.”
Seventy per cent of the Masharef project has been already sold, of which 30 per cent is currently occupied, a statement said.
The project currently has one mosque and another one is under construction. Five more mosques, seven schools for girls and boys, and kindergartens schools are also planned, the statement said.
The project has also focused on providing a healthy social environment by featuring seven public parks, and social and health centres. The road network has been well-designed with 25-, 30-and 40-m-wide roads planned.
Masharef Abha is strategically located on the highway connecting the city, and it is close to all vital services of the city like the airport, a maternity hospital, malls and the sport city. – TradeArabia News Service
