United Real Estate Company (URC), a leading real estate developer in the region, will be showcasing its key projects at the debut Cityscape Kuwait real estate expo which opens tomorrow (December 7).

One of the largest real estate investment and development events, Cityscape is being held for the first time in Kuwait.

The company will be featuring its latest residential development in Egypt, ‘Aswar Residences’, a 75-villa residential community comprising three-story villas, situated in the thriving new area of New Cairo.

The other projects featured at URC’s booth include the award-winning ‘Abdali Mall’, a design-led, energy efficient mall, situated in the new downtown district of Abdali in Amman, Jordan, and ‘Raouche View at 1090’a prestigious and private residential building located in Beirut (Lebanon) and situated directly across from the famous Raouche rocks.
