Damac to release more Akoya Oxygen villas
ABU DHABI, November 18, 2014
Leading luxury real estate developer Damac will be releasing more villas at its Akoya Oxygen master development, a 55-million-sq-ft luxury green community in Dubai, at the upcoming International Real Estate & Investment Show (IREIS) in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
A key platform to highlight luxury living experiences across the region, IREIS will run from November 20 to 22 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre (Adnec).
Spanning more than 10,000 sq m and including over 100 exhibitors from over 30 countries, IREIS is expected to attract more than 15,000 visitors during the three-day consumer event, said a statement from Damac, which has signed up as a gold sponsor for the event.
“This is a short-term offer to be one of the early investors in Akoya Oxygen and secure a prime unit,” said Niall McLoughlin, the senior vice president, Damac Properties, on the new villa releases.
Akoya Oxygen, he noted, is quickly becoming one of the most talked about living spaces under development in the city. The project will offer the most lush, serene environment in the region, set around the Trump World Golf Club, Dubai.
“We have seen an overwhelming response and uptake for the first phase of units in the development and we expect this limited number of luxury villas to be gone in double-quick time,” he stated.
“We have seen a great deal of interest in our portfolio from people living and working in Abu Dhabi,” added McLoughlin.-TradeArabia News Service
