Al Shezawi … record confirmations seven months ahead
of the actual event.

Top property show in Dubai attracts 300 exhibitors

DUBAI, October 1, 2014

More than 300 exhibitors from 120 countries are set to showcase residential, commercial and mixed-use units at a top property exhibition in Dubai, UAE, next year.

The International Property Show (IPS), which will allow direct selling of property units, will run from March 30 to April 1 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The visitors will be able to compares prices of units and take a decision on the exhibition floor itself, said a statement. This approach will boost competition between developers in offering attractive prices, ultimately benefiting the end-user.

Dawood Al Shezawi, chief executive officer, Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions, organisers of the show, said: “We have received record confirmations seven months ahead of the actual event. We anticipate hordes of visitors to the show as several exhibitors will come with their entire sales team to interact with as many institutional and individual buyers.”

The exhibition is expected to have a strong exhibitor representation from countries such as the UAE, Turkey, UK, US, Canada, Spain and Australia.

IPS 2015 will also have pavilions from India, Philippines and Pakistan to cater to the expat communities from these countries with an interest in buying a property back in their home country.

“What makes IPS unique is that visitors, mainly individuals, will always buy a unit at a price lower than the market price, as the competition is fierce and the prices are known to the visitors. More significantly, IPS is supported by governmental institutions, which reinforces the underlying message that the exhibitors adhere to UAE’s real estate laws and regulations,” said Al Shezawi.

The show will bring together elite players in the real estate sector, including sales agents and marketing agencies, operators in hospitality industry as well as civil engineers, architects and interior designers under one roof. - TradeArabia News Service
