Master launches key Bahrain projects

Manama, May 5, 2014

The second phase of construction for a multi-million dinar project at Durrat Marina was officially launched last night at Al Riffa Ballroom, InterContinental Regency Bahrain.

Marina Breeze 1 and 2 developed by Master Group at a cost of BD9 million ($23.7 million) will see 82 residential apartments sold for BD68,000 on average.

Developers have already sold all 88 apartments in the first phase, which costs BD9 million with construction still ongoing, while all 20 sea view luxury villas, built at a cost of BD5 million, have been sold out within the same phase.

Master Group chairman Antony John told the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication, that 90 per cent of the infrastructure for the project has been completed, which means that those moving in to their apartments would do so in ease when work on the project gets completed by the end of next year.

"We are currently working on the first phase and are expecting to complete work on the second phase within 20 months, but from the way we do things, we tend to finish months before time," he said.

"Things are not rushed and we produce the best quality projects something that has got us the ISO certificate.

"We are not selling property without coming up with infrastructure and work on roads, electricity and sewage is 10 per cent away from completion and this shows that people moving to the place wouldn't wait."

He said the place includes gents and ladies gyms, large swimming pool, and a barbeque area besides other facilities that are open to residents.

Present at the launch were Marina Durrat Al Bahrain chairman Ahmed Al Qattan and Royal Charitable Organisation secretary-general Dr Mustafa Al Sayed. The project is marketed by Weetas.-TradeArabia News Service
