RSH to build homes in Papua New Guinea

Saudi Arabia-based Red Sea Housing Services (RSH) Company recently signed a SR75 million ($20 million) contract Papua New Guinea (PNG) for the construction of housing units for the local police in Bomana area, Port Moresby.

Red Sea Housing will construct 150 three-bedroom housing units on an estimated 70,000 sq m land. The project comprises 100 units of 80 sq m size and 50 of 72 sq m size. The project is expected to be completed in 10 months from the date of signing the contract.

Kenneth Clinton, general manager of Red Sea Housing Services – Papua New Guinea, said:  “The agreement provides a turnkey solution for the immediate needs of the Royal PNG Constabulary in the National Capital District.

“By building these new housing units, the Government intends to boost the morale of the members of the police force and further their exceptional level of professionalism in serving the people of Papua New Guinea.”
