Popular Indian actor Shilpa Shetty and her businessman husband Raj Kundra unveiled their Malaga Panvel project at the recently concluded Indian Property Show in Dubai.

Brought in Dubai by Grouphomebuyers.com, an online property brokerage business owned by the couple in partnership with entrepreneur Hem Tejuja, Malaga is part of Groupco Developers, a recently started real estate company, which is a 50-50 joint venture between Shetty and Tejuja.

Designed by Indian architect Hafeez Contractor, Malaga is located in Navi Mumbai on 36 acres of land, with national landscapes and a lush green environment. - TradeArabia News Service
