Leading developer Damac Properties said it will showcase its award-winning luxury development portfolio at the Cityscape Global to be held from Sept 27 to 29 in Dubai.

Damac’s stand at Cityscape will reflect the developer’s strategic focus on providing a holistic luxury experience across all hospitality, residential, commercial, retail and leisure developments, said a senior official.

'This year will be very different to anything we have ever done before at Cityscape. As a company, Damac is taking the luxury experience to a whole new level,' remarked Niall Mc Loughlin, senior vice president of Damac Properties.

Some of Damac’s featured projects at the event will include ‘Burjside Boulevard’ in Downtown Dubai, ‘Al Jawharah’ in Jeddah, and ‘Damac Tower’ in Beirut.

Mc Loughlin said Cityscape Global was a major event on Damac Properties’ calendar. 'The company is a veteran of Cityscape Global, having participated in the event almost every year since its inception,' he noted.

Cityscape comes less than two months after the developer launched ‘The Damac Residences with Versace Home Interiors’ in Jeddah, during a month long promotional campaign at Harrods in London.

The designer residential apartments occupy the higher floors of the developer’s 46-storey ‘Al Jawharah’ tower in Jeddah.

“We launched the limited release Versace-branded Jeddah apartments at Harrods in London, which means Cityscape in Dubai will be the first time that these apartments will be on display in the Middle East region. We are expecting a lot of interest in this particular development,” said Mc Loughlin.

The 49-storey ‘Burjside Boulevard’ serviced apartment development is also expected to peak interest from visitors to the event.

Construction has advanced to level 33, and given the development’s premium location in exclusive Downtown Dubai, opposite the Dubai Mall; it’s already attracting a lot of attention, he noted.

Speaking about the development, Mc Loughlin said: “The Burjside Boulevard's concept is groundbreaking for Damac since the project is its first serviced apartments. It bridges the divide between high-end residential apartments and luxury five-star hotels.”

Damac, he said, was one of the most highly regarded developers in the region, with a proven track record of delivering high quality, luxury properties to market.
