The super-luxury, world-class project is being constructed by Lokhandwala Universal Corporation, in a wooded area just 30 minutes drive from the Navi Mumbai International Airport off the proposed under construction state Highway 54.
“Global NRIs are increasingly looking at India for investment and relocation. Now, Navi Mumbai offers them a rare opportuunity to join the 'India Shining' story by investing in a project of high-end villas,” said Kaizer Lokhandwala, managing director of Lokhandwala Universal Corporation.
“We are delighted by the initial response to the project, and we assure that the highest standards of quality and design will be used in Lokhandwala Valley to offer purchasers a quintessential living experience comparable to some of the poshest villa complexes around the world.”
“The soft launch of Lokhandwala Valley has certainly created a buzz among the global NRI community, especially in the UAE and the Gulf, as well as US, UK and Africa,” said Hussaini F Nalwalla, managing director of the Dubai-based Sternon Real Estate.
“After the success of the Magic Hills project in Panvel, Sternon is highly excited to handle the global marketing of Lokhandwala Valley, a luxurious residential township designed for the elite, with the Lokhandwala stamp of excellence and quality."
Lokhandwala Valley is well linked to the under-construction State Highway 54 which will be the future major corridor connecting the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, the SEZ’s and the Navi Mumbai International Airport. The first phase forms part of an ambitious mega project designed to be a landmark in the area.
The first phase will consist of 43 independent bungalows served by well planned infrastructure with plenty of greenery, a plush clubhouse, men’s and women’s spa, separate accommodation for drivers and other top-class amenities.
Beside the upcoming international airport and the proposed 22-km Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, other mega projects in Navi Mumbai include a stylish world-class Energy City, IT & Telecom City and a huge Special Economic Zone. A number of infrastructure projects have been lined up for Panvel, Navi Mumbai and its fringes, including a Metro rail, a ring railway and a ferry service. - TradeArabia News Service
