Liberty House opens in the DIFC district

Liberty House, the 42-storey tower consisting of high-end offices and luxury residences in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) district, was officially opened on Tuesday.
Abdulla Mohammed Al Awar, CEO of DIFC Authority inaugurated the tower in the presence of ETA Ascon Star Group officials - vice chairman Essa Al Ghurair, director Khaled Al Gurair, managing director Syed Salahuddin and Abid Junaid, executive director of ETA Star Properties.
Liberty House has been developed by ETA Star, a leading property developer in the UAE. The property developer had started handing over the property to its owners in June 2009.
Commenting on the opening, Al Awar said, "Liberty House is part of a new phase of infrastructure development that is facilitating the expansion of the DIFC community. The new development is part of a larger DIFC masterplan designed to create a ‘city within a city’ that offers financial institutions and professionals a wide range of business and lifestyle facilities in the heart of Dubai."
