Emaar Pakistan, the country-subsidiary of Dubai-based Emaar, has awarded the contract for construction of 80 Alma Townhomes at Canyon Views in Islamabad to Habib Rafique (HRL) on completion of  first stage of development work

Canyon Views is an exclusive gated community with villas and townhomes in a range of architectural styles and amenities including retail outlets, community club houses, parks, schools and mosques.

Dr Dia Malaeb CEO, Emaar Pakistan and Shaid Rafiq, director, HRL Pakistan signed the agreement in a ceremony at Emaar’s Canyon Views Sales Center.

The work on the of Alma Townhomes will commence shortly and is scheduled for completion in March 2011.

The earthwork  has already been completed, which comprised leveling the areas as per design, excavation of existing material and filling at designated locations according to the masterplan.

Dr Dia Malaeb said Canyon Views has redefined the property sector of the country through its focus on offering an integrated lifestyle neighbourhood.
