Rafal Real Estate Development has announced that 56 per cent of construction work has been completed semi surrounded Balencia Suburbs.

Rafal is hosting a tour to its guests within the Balencia Suburbs to witness the progress of the project, which would reflect its high credibility, while also supplying buyers with precise details about their houses.

Majed Al Huqail, executive director, Rafal Real Estate Company, talked about the construction progress, and said that this completion reflects Rafal’s commitment to finishing the work in accordance to the highest standards which the company always seek to offer to its clients in the real estate sector.

“No doubt that every business faces many challenges in its own sector, and Balencia Suburbs is divided into phrase executed respectively, presenting 56 per cent of the projects that Rafal has executed within the limited time frame,” said Dr Sultan Al Salem, executive director for the projects.

“However,  small details were taken in consideration, in addition to working with the contractor of the project to make sure that all plans are of high standard and professional,” he added.

Engineer Nael Mohsen, contractor of the project, Arsh Con Company, noted the high professionalism and commitment to accuracy and high technical specifications, contractual conditions, serious team work, and commitment to quality standards, which made the accomplishment possible.

A Darwish Bakir, marketing director, said that Rafal is working to finish the house showcased at the exhibition. The construction work is expected to start in May. 

This villa will be a live sample for the fully furnished villas contained at Balencia. Rafal clients will be able to see their dream house in an actual presentation.

“We invite our clients to visit Balencia exhibition at the suburbs location where they can see the progress of the project,” Bakir said.

Majid Al Hoqail, executive director, Rafal Real Estate said that Balencia represents a start for Rafal achievements in real estate, and many other vertical and horizontal creative projects will follow in the future in Riyadh and other cities in Saudi Arabia.

“We have established sales centre in Balencia which will be a natural exhibition hall where everybody can see the progress of the project through a panoramic glass façade,” he said.
