Saraya Aqaba Real Estate Development Company and Arabtech Jardaneh have signed a consultancy agreement for the design and construction supervision services of Nikki Beach Resort and Spa at Saraya Aqaba.

The agreement was signed by general manger of Saraya Shadi Ramzi Al Majali and managing director of the buildings department of Arabtech Hakam Bitar.

As per the agreement, Arabatech Jardaneh (ATJ), a local Jordanian lead consultant, will be responsible for the design and construction works for the  Nikki Beach Resort and Spa and Nikki Beach Lifestyle Residences located in Saraya Aqaba’s North Beach, for an area of 17,000 sq mt.

From their side, ArabTech Jardaneh (ATJ) signed a sub consultancy agreement with a third party namely Gasterelia Design and Gasterelia Nawar based in Beirut, Lebanon as a preferred Architect for Nikki Beach Resorts.

This agreement comes as a result of the partnership between Saraya Aqaba and Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts that was announced in May 2008.

Nikki Beach Resort and Spa at Saraya Aqaba will entail hotel rooms, hotel suites and residential components as envisioned by Nikki Beach developers of the boutique hotel concept and life full of sheer luxury.

The resort will also offer a wide range of dining facilities and restaurants, beach club and outdoor pool, Spa and fitness facilities, business center with meeting rooms, as well as retail shops.
