Dubai , November 23, 2008
Anchor Allied, a subsidiary of M’Sharie and the largest manufacturer of adhesive tapes and specialty adhesives in the Middle East, is showcasing its wide array of acetoxy silicone sealants at the Big 5 exhibition.
The range of sealants include the general purpose Asmaco 2540 and the neutral-grade Asmaco 2650.
The company will also present its range of masking tapes for general purpose and automotive uses, as well as PVC cement used for PVC pipes and fittings.
Anchor Allied’s participation at the annual trade show comes at a time when the company is looking to significantly expand its market presence and consolidate its leadership position in the region, said a company official.
'Having set a revenue target of Dh250 million ($68 million) within the next three years, Anchor Allied has been looking to strengthen its operations and increase its regional footprint,' said Hussain Nalwala, executive director of Anchor Allied.
'Ensuring a strong presence at The Big 5 Show, which has established itself as the premier trade show for the region’s construction industry, will enable us to explore new investment opportunities and pursue strategic alliances,' he opined.
“Through our participation at the show, we are primarily seeking to increase awareness in the local and export markets as well as among the contracting community about the technical superiority and usable strengths of our products,” Nalwala added.-TradeArabia News Service
