ETA Star showcases $1.8bn projects

ETA Star, a leading property developer in the UAE, unveiled two flagship projects worth Dh6.5 billion ($1.8 billion) and also launched Starliving, its first ever residential club living development project, at the Cityscape.

ETA Star is also showcasing its Oman project, mixed use premium development in the luxurious township located in Qurum at the heart of Oman.

The project is being built in partnership with Oman Holdings International Group (OHI), a prominent corporate house in Oman.

The Dh2 billion Starliving project is located in the heart of Waterfront, Dubai, with a serene view of the ocean.

The project will be recognized for its tranquil and luxurious resort environment and ultimate in club living experience with approximately 60,000 sq feet for common amenities area, said a company official.

Abid Junaid, executive director, ETA Star, said, “We are very proud to unveil our first ever club living concept. Starliving will truly reflect the ultimate in club living and offer a unique experience that will truly elicit a state of overall well-being to its residents."

The Residence Towers will soar to 38 floors which would include condominiums of one, two, three, four bedrooms and penthouses.

"Starliving will set a new benchmark in club living as it will redefine the concept of a luxurious home. This is where home life becomes the high life with unprecedented list of luxury features and amenities, being at home will feel more like being on an indulgent holiday," he added.

The development will offer full-time concierge services, restaurants, boutiques, Supermarket, medical centers and business centre.-TradeArabia News Service
