Durat Al Doha launches new towers

Doha, June 12, 2008

Real estate developer Durat Al Doha has announced the opening of bookings for its Imperial Towers project on Viva Bahriya, which is the second phase of The Pearl Qatar.

Each of the five towers has its own design theme inspired by one of the world’s continents, ensuring that each is distinctively different from the others.

The company also announced a ‘unique’ payment scheme that allows buyers to pay only 10 per cent of the value while booking and another 10 per cent six months down, with the remaining 80 per cent to be paid only when the keys are handed over to buyers in 2010, a statement said.

The scheme will be available through both appointed sales agents of the Imperial Towers, Asteco and Engel & Völkers.

The towers offer 360-degree sea views, globally inspired design and a Riviera lifestyle that resonates with people’s innermost desires for self-expression, relaxation and fun, the statement said.

The Imperial Towers - Ruby (inspired by Asia), Diamond (inspired by Africa), Emerald (inspired by the Americas), Amber (Inspired by Europe) and Opal (inspired by Oceania) -  will give buyers the perfect chance to pick their own lifestyle and satisfy their own unique aspirations through the design of their choice, it said.

Durat Al Doha is a joint venture by some strong corporate and private investors. The company was created with the vision of developing the most beautiful, elegant and sophisticated homes in Qatar, said Khurshid Hassan, member of the Executive Committee of Durat Al Doha.

“We have come together to create developments that make ideal homes as well as strong investments through the quality and high standards of design and engineering and because of the tremendous opportunities that Qatar’s property market offers,” he said.

As far as the interior decoration goes, the Imperial Towers draw inspiration from around the globe to offer gorgeous interiors themed after cultures from the world’s five continents. Public areas and lobbies will be uniquely decorated in line with each of the towers’ themes, making an impressive statement to everyone who walks through them. The design reflects the best of global artistry and undoubtedly adds a touch of charm to the lifestyle.

Each tower has between 154 and 166 apartments and two luxurious four-bedroom penthouses. A choice of one, two and three bedroom apartments is available, with a few apartments offering direct access to a private beach.

Superbly appointed gym and clubhouse facilities as well as swimming pools will be accessible to all residents, who will be part of a lively community not only limited to the Imperial Towers but all of The Pearl Qatar.  – TradeArabia News Service
