Al Reef draws good response

Sharjah, September 9, 2007

The Al Reef Tower, a project developed by Royal House Property in Sharjah, has attracted a good response from investors.

The Royal House has announced that most of the apartments in the residential tower have already been sold.

Al Reef Tower, comprising 400 apartments including studio, one and two bed-room apartments, includes high-class and luxurious facilities and services.

Ahmad Bin Ali Al Kheyaili, chairman of Royal House Group, said: “Al Reef Tower, which is being offered for sale, has so far received a huge response from investors and buyers, especially UAE nationals and GCC citizens.”

A recent study showed that the majority of people prefer to buy properties in the UAE, instead of renting them.
This was clearly seen from the growing number of UAE and GCC citizens who prefer to own apartments in multi-storey buildings, the company said.

Al Kheyaili said Al Reef Tower is distinguished by its strategic location in Al Nahda area between Sharjah and Dubai, and also near many shopping malls.

Royal House is planning to launch new giant projects, so as to meet the growing requirements and different tastes of families, he said.- Trade Arabia News Service
