Solanki in Dubai towers deal

Cinnovation Group and HDS Estates have announced a partnership to develop two prestigious residential towers in the Central Business District in International City, Dubai.
Sunstar Developers, the real estate arm of the multi-dimensional conglomerate Cinnovation Group, has signed a deal with Dubai-based HDS Group to develop the two residential towers.
Valued at over Dh200 million, the towers will reflect the vision of the two leading names at their helm.
Both companies have, over the years, established themselves as major players in the real estate industry.
The construction contract for the two towers has been awarded to Solanki Construction Company, a leading construction company in the Middle East.

The towers, HDS Sunstar I and HDS Sunstar II, are set to be completed in the last quarter of this year.
