Indosuez names market manager for Arabian Gulf

DUBAI, November 20, 2018

Indosuez Wealth Management, the global wealth management branch of Crédit Agricole Group, has appointed Haidar Hammoud as market manager for the Arabian Gulf, at CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA .

He will be in charge of developing the Arabian Gulf business in coordination with all teams and in line with the global commercial strategy for the region. Hammoud also joins the Middle East management committee and reports directly to François R. Farjallah, the global head of the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region for Indosuez Wealth Management.

Farjallah commented: “Haidar is a valuable addition to our team, given his 20 years of regional banking experience leading teams and managing corporates, Institutions and Ultra High Net Worth clients. His expertise will allow us to further develop our wealth management services for clients in the Arabian Gulf, as this market offers a high growth opportunity given the positive wealth creation seen amongst HNWIs and UHNWIs.

Hammoud began his career with BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris before moving to UAE where he held various roles with Standard Chartered Wholesale Bank, Citi Private Bank, Deutsche Bank Wealth Management and Asset Management.

Prior to joining Indosuez, Hammoud was managing director and head of UAE & Oman for Barclays Private Bank since 2013. He also served as member of the MEA committee and managed Ultra High Net Worth clients. Hammoud holds a Master in Finance from Versailles University (France). – TradeArabia News Service
