Al Saraya Properies inks deal with Al Baraka

MANAMA, November 2, 2017

Al Saraya Properties, a leading real estate brand in Bahrain, has signed an agreement with Al Baraka Bank to provide its customers a number of unique benefits including credit card facility with mortgage, a grace period of up to three months and and competitive insurance price with the option of accepting other insurance companies suggested by the customers.

Al Saraya Properties was established in 1999, under the leadership of industry pioneer Saud Abdul Aziz Kanoo. With its signature motto ‘we build your dreams’, it has become one of the most trusted real estate brands in the kingdom and a pathbreaker in building ultramodern living spaces, ensuring luxury, elegance and convenience, said a statement from the company.

Al Saraya boasts several prime properties at some of the most sought-after locations in Bahrain including Orca, Views Terrace, The Peak and Dragon villas on the prestigious Amwaj Islands, and Al Reem in scenic Saar, and many more are in the planning stage, it added.

The group's objective is to ensure and elevate customer satisfaction beyond building the finest living spaces and this memorandum of understanding (MoU) is one such initiative, said Redha Mukhtar, the general manager of Al Saraya Properties, after signing the deal with Mohamed Isa Al Mutaweh, the chief executive and board member of Al Baraka Bank.

On the partnership, Al Mutaweh said: Al Baraka Bank, being proactive, always tries to reach out to customers with custom-designed products and services."

"Signing the agreement with Al Saraya Properties is an important step towards making the bank the preferred choice of its customers. We have designed a special package, making banking with us more flexible for Al Saraya’s valued customers," he added.

S Purushothaman, the director for finance at Al Saraya Properties, and Rashid Hasan Al Alaiwi, the deputy general manager, also attended the signing ceremony.-TradeArabia News Service
