Gulf Bank names new GM for corporate banking

KUWAIT, February 4, 2017

Gulf Bank, a leading financial institution in Kuwait, has appointed Ahmad Khalid Al Duwaisan as the new general manager for its corporate banking division.

In his new role, Al Duwaisan will be managing Gulf Bank’s corporate banking division, and will be supporting senior management in the execution of the Bank’s long-term vision and strategy.

He has over 15 years of experience in corporate banking with a thorough understanding of the Kuwait market. His deep financial knowledge is combined with a strong record in building and maintaining client relationships.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Deputy General Manager of Corporate Banking and Head of Remedial and Structured Workouts for Gulf Bank.

Al-Duwaisan holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.

He has also attended executive management courses from the Harvard Business School.
