Manama, May 28, 2014
Saudi National Insurance Company (SNIC) has renewed its contract with Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) for the second consecutive year.
Under the contract, the medical and life insurance scheme for BAC staff has been extended for another four years, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.
The contract was signed by BAC chief executive Mohamed Yousif Al Binfalah and SNIC general manager Khalid Al Shaikh.
"We appreciate the trust and confidence that BAC has extended to SNIC, which we have earned through the level of service provided to all our loyal and long-term clients," said SNIC general manager Khalid Al Shaikh.
"Part of our strategy is looking at long-term agreements with our valued clients where we serve them as a one-stop-shop for business insurance solutions for their organisation, ranging from coverage for their employees to their assets," noted Al Shaikh.
"We will continue to enhance our products and look forward to meeting BAC's expectations in the future and provide extraordinary services to all our kind customers," he added.
Formed in 2008, BAC is the authority responsible for operating and managing Bahrain International Airport as a world-class airport.
As part of the role, BAC is responsible for upgrading the airport's infrastructure and services.
The expansion project is set to improve the kingdom's aviation capabilities and cater to the growing number of passengers as well as the changing demands of stakeholders.-TradeArabia News Service
