Barclays Wealth names Dubai office head

Barclays Wealth, a leading global wealth management institution, has appointed Fawaz R Baba as managing director to its Middle East operations.

In his role as general manager for the Dubai office, Fawaz Baba will be responsible for running the day-to-day business and further ensuring a high standard of performance, client interaction and achievement.

“We believe that Fawaz Baba will add tremendous value – strengthening the day to day sales management process and creating efficiencies that will positively affect the level of service we provide to our clients,” said Soha Nashaat, chief, Barclays Wealth, Middle East and North Africa.

Fawaz Baba has over 20 years of international banking experience. Prior to joining Barclays Wealth, he was a Principal at Investcorp Bank where he focused on exploring strategic relationships for co-investments in the firm’s platform.-TradeArabia News Service
