Future Bank HQ piling contract signed

The piling work contract for the construction of 20-storey Future Bank headquarters in Seef district has been awarded to Keller Grundbau Bahrain, a leading Bahraini firm.

Future Bank's client representative Al Dahiya Construction and Real Estate managing director Ahmed Yousif Ali and Keller-Bahrain general manager Imtiaz Ahmed Syed signed the contract.

Syed, who has been with Keller-Bahrain for 27 years, said the company was involved in completing major projects in the kingdom and this project is another milestone for the firm.

International geotechnical contractors Keller Grundbau has completed 1,000 jobs in Bahrain over the past 35 years. Syed said the company has been active in Bahrain's construction industry since its inception in 1973.

Keller-Bahrain has successfully implemented and received the ISO-9001: 2000 certification from TUV-Nord. Syed said the company's businesses in Bahrain are not affected despite the volatile market conditions.

Keller's design team in Bahrain is headed by Jeyaprakash Elango, who has many years of experience in Gulf countries.

German expert Tammo Koehler has wide experience in Gulf countries including UAE and Saudi Arabia and is currently working as construction manager in Bahrain.

This commercial tower consists of 20 storeys with a total built-up area of 15,000 sq m. Al Dahiya Construction & Real Estate is representing Future Bank and will be engaged in all aspects of construction work. ARC International is the consultant of the tower.-TradeArabia News Service
