Arabian Centers Company (Cenomi Centers), a leading Saudi developer of lifestyle destinations, has announced that it has awarded a three-year contract to DAAM Facilities Management Company to provide integrated facilities management (FM) services for one of its retail destinations - Westfield Jeddah - located in the port city of Jeddah.

The estimated value of the three-year contract is SAR104.3 million ($27.85 million), the company said in its Saudi bourse filing.

The scope of work includes supply, delivery, management and procurement of integrated facilities management services at Westfield Jeddah, including specialist facilities management services and the implementation, coordination, reporting and monitoring of all related service activities.

The financial impact is expected to be reflected in the company's results over the contract term, commencing from the fourth quarter of 2026.-TradeArabia News Service
