Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) are set to host a packed programme of major international exhibitions and conferences throughout September, spanning energy, investment, healthcare, tourism, finance, cybersecurity, technology and other key sectors.

The month will feature 14 flagship events, bringing together thousands of exhibitors, industry professionals, policymakers, investors and visitors from around the world.

Middle East Energy, running from September 1–3, will open the month under the patronage of the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure. The region’s largest energy infrastructure exhibition is expected to attract more than 1,900 exhibitors, 250 speakers and 35,000 attendees from over 150 countries.

Five co-located conferences will focus on grid modernisation, energy storage, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and rising power demand from data centres.

From September 7–9, the International Property Show will bring together developers, investors, banks, legal firms and real estate professionals.

The 22nd edition will feature local and international developments, project launches and property technology startups.

The AIM Congress, also taking place from September 7–9, will convene investors, policymakers and business leaders under the theme “Reshaping Global Prosperity: Unlocking New Investment Pathways Towards a Sustainable and Inclusive Future.” Its programme will focus on global markets, future economies and the next generation of investment.

Healthcare will take centre stage with Dubai Derma, running from September 8–10. The 25th edition will combine dermatology and aesthetic medicine programmes and feature more than 500 speakers, 1,875 international brands and participants from 114 countries.

More than 25,000 visitors are expected.

The Crypto Expo, scheduled for September 9–10, will focus on cryptocurrency regulation, blockchain, digital assets and investment strategies, with more than 7,000 attendees, 100 exhibitors and 140 speakers expected from more than 40 countries.

Tourism will take the spotlight from September 14–17 with the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), which returns under the theme “Travel 2040: Driving New Frontiers Through Innovation and Technology.”

The event will examine artificial intelligence, smart mobility, luxury travel, business events and sustainability, bringing together destinations, airlines, hotels and technology providers.

Cybersecurity will dominate at GISEC Global, taking place at DEC from September 16–18. The 15th edition is expected to attract more than 25,000 professionals from over 182 countries, alongside 350 cybersecurity leaders and 750 brands. Key topics will include AI security, ransomware, cloud security and critical infrastructure protection.

Financial services will feature prominently later in the month, with The Forex Expo on September 22–23 bringing together brokers, traders, technology providers and financial institutions to explore developments in foreign exchange, fintech and investment technology.

Seamless Middle East, running from September 22–24, will focus on digital payments, retail, e-commerce and fintech. The event is expected to attract more than 20,000 attendees, 800 speakers and 750 exhibitors, bringing together companies across payments, banking, identity, retail and digital marketing.

Medical innovation will return to the agenda with MEIDAM, from September 24–26.

The international dermatology and aesthetic medicine congress is expected to attract more than 4,500 delegates from 107 nationalities, with over 300 scientific lectures and 80 exhibiting brands.

Employment and Emiratisation will be highlighted at Ru'ya – Careers UAE, from September 28–30. More than 120 companies are expected to participate, offering opportunities across 23 industries.

The event will also feature skills-building initiatives for Emirati youth, including the FutureX Hackathon and Green Innovation Challenge.

At DEC, the Middle East Coatings Show, also running September 28–30, will bring together manufacturers, suppliers and technical specialists. More than 350 exhibitors and 5,000 industry professionals from over 24 countries are expected.

Energy will return to the spotlight with GOTECH – Gas & Oil Technology Showcase and Conference, from September 29 to October 1.

Held under the patronage of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the event will examine technology, artificial intelligence, efficiency, sustainability and talent development across the oil and gas industry.

The month will conclude with the AWS Summit Dubai on September 30, featuring keynotes, technical sessions and demonstrations focused on cloud computing, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
