Riyadh Air, Saudi Arabia’s new national carrier and a PIF company, expects its Sfeer lifestyle membership programme to reach one million members this month, less than a year after launch.

To mark the milestone, the one millionth member will receive one million Sfeer Points and become the programme’s final Founding Member. Two existing Founding Members, selected at random, will each receive 250,000 points.

The airline said one million points could potentially provide more than 120 one-way Economy flights across its expanding network, although redemption value depends on destinations, availability and requirements.

Sfeer combines travel, lifestyle benefits, experiences and partnerships, extending beyond the traditional airline loyalty model. Members currently benefit from points with no fixed expiry under Sfeer’s terms, complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi, a “Best Offer Guaranteed” feature and partner benefits from companies including Hilton, Uber and muvi Cinemas.

As Sfeer enters its next growth phase, Riyadh Air plans to introduce features allowing members to share points with friends and family, participate in community-focused challenges and earn Level Points linked to new benefits and recognition.

The programme is expected to expand alongside Riyadh Air’s growing network and partnerships, reinforcing the carrier’s ambition to build a global, Saudi-inspired lifestyle ecosystem.
