Emirates has topped the YouGov Recommend Rankings 2024 in UAE, achieving a score of 92.6. The rankings are based on YouGov BrandIndex’s positive ‘recommend’ score, which measures the percentage of a brand’s customers who would recommend it to a friend or colleague.

The global rankings report by the UK-headquartered international internet-based market research and data analytics firms, showcases the top 10 recommended brands across 24 markets and the 10 most improved brands across 20 markets.

Highlights

• iPhone secured second place with a score of 91.0, followed by Emaar in third with 89.8.
• Almarai claimed fourth place (89.7), with Nike and adidas close behind in fifth and sixth (89.6 each).
• Galaxy is positioned seventh (89.5) and Singapore Airline is ninth in the list (87.9).
• Luxury beauty brands Gucci Beauty and Dior Beauty secured eighth and tenth places with scores of 88.1 and 87.5, respectively.

Methodology

The YouGov Recommend Rankings 2024 is based on YouGov BrandIndex’s positive Recommend score, and the Top 10 ranking has been calculated between ​June 1, 2023, and May 31, 2024, using data collected from members of the public in markets around the globe every day, from the flagship YouGov BrandIndex tool.

Every brand’s performance is tracked daily against a range of metrics, and the Recommend ranking measures the percentage of a brand’s customers who would recommend it to a friend or colleague.

All brands have been tracked for at least six months to be included in the rankings and at least 18 months for improvers.

The scores are representative of the general population of adults 18+​.
