Indian cuisine lovers in for a treat this March

DUBAI, February 22, 2021

Indian cuisine lovers are in for a treat this March with the launch of a delicious, limited time Street Food Festival at Masala, Bab Al Shams Desert Resort’s signature Indian cuisine restaurant.

Taking place from March 3 to 20 from 6pm to 12am, diners will be delighted to sample street food favourites from all across India, every time they visit.

Served akin to local street food stalls found in India’s many cities, Masala’s culinary team have put together a tantalising menu of twelve live cooking stations for you to taste your way through. From popular must-try street food staples such as Chaat Pakora, Dahi Vada to North East Indian fare like Chicken Momos (steamed dumplings), Vegetable Chowmein and authentic delicacies including Bengali Curry, Mutton Biryani and more – there’s plenty to discover during the nearly two-week long festival. Sweetening up your journey are an array of mouthwatering dessert delicacies, diners can’t leave without trying the Payasam, Gulab Jamun or Gajar Halwa and Kaju Katli during their visit.

Perfect for those looking at getting their street food fix, the menu is served with soft beverages, fresh lassi and chai.

If you want to make the trip down a night’s stay, the desert resort will be running a special staycation package, called “Tastes of India” where guests can enjoy complimentary passes to the festival inclusive of a one-night stay and next day breakfast. -- Tradearabia News Service
