UAE-based Damac Properties is investing in offsite manufacturing to speed up construction and improve quality and efficiency. Through its offsite manufacturing division, the Dubai developer is setting up a multi-line factory spanning more than 17,000 sq m to produce X-Panel systems and smart building solutions.
