DMCC, an international free zone and master developer of Uptown Dubai, has signed up Waitrose as the anchor retailer at Uptown Place. The premium supermarket brand will open a 5,000-sq-ft store, serving as a core lifestyle amenity for the district’s commercial tenants, residents, and visitors.
Dubai-based Ellington Properties has announced that it has awarded a contract worth more than AED1 billion ($272 million) to China Railway 18th Bureau Group for its prime mixed-use development - Mercer House - located in Uptown Dubai.
