Cosmo Developments, a joint venture between Abu Dhabi-based Flag Holding and Reportage Group, has announced the launch of The Wadi, a AED6 billion ($1.6 billion) mixed-use residential development located on Yas Island. It boasts a total of 3,950 residential units with a mix of studio units to three-bedroom apartments.
Cosmo Developments has announced the launch of its key project, Marlin Icon on Al Reem Island, featuring 140 residences within Abu Dhabi’s premium waterfront community. Set on a 1,997 sqm plot, it's a mixed-use tower with a mix of apartments and duplex homes, complemented by four retail spaces.
