Accor and Dubai-based developer CITYVIEW Developments have announced the signing of Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan, expanding their partnership and introducing a new mixed-use development in Dubai.
Accor and CITYVIEW Developments have signed an agreement for Mövenpick Residences Dubai Motor City, marking the world’s first standalone Mövenpick Residences. The 408-unit branded development is scheduled to open in 2028, expanding Dubai’s growing hospitality-led residential sector.
Accor, a leading global hospitality group, has signed an agreement with Dubai-based Cityview Developments for the launch of its premium mixed-use project - Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan - featuring 282 Pullman-branded residences and branded offices within one destination in Dubai.
