Margaret Tlau brings a wealth of expertise and a fresh perspective to her new role, effective July 8, 2024, having demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership throughout her career with Rotana.

Tlau’s journey with Rotana began in 2015 as Assistant Outlet Manager, where she showcased her passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence.

Over the years, her contributions have been instrumental in various capacities, culminating in her recent position as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Capital Center Complex by Rotana.

Her extensive experience in strategic planning, menu development and guest experience enhancement will undoubtedly elevate the culinary offerings and service standards at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana.

In addition to her professional achievements, Margaret is known for her vibrant energy and dedication to creating memorable guest experiences, a statement said.
