Ibis Dubai Al Barsha to get a makeover

DUBAI, September 25, 2018

Ibis Dubai Al Barsha Hotel, part of the Accor Group, has announced renovation plans for the months ahead.

The locally renowned three-star property will undergo a four-month makeover of the ground floor and lobby area, set for completion and launch in December. Throughout the transformation, the property will remain open for business as usual, with minimal disruption to guests.

The planned upgrade will include a brand new reception area, a state-of-the-art gym for fitness enthusiasts, along with the enhancement of the hotel’s facilities, with the addition of dynamic meeting rooms. The hotel is also set to introduce an exclusive new restaurant and bar concept to Dubai’s dining landscape.

Robin Solomon, hotel director of Ibis Dubai Al Barsha, said: “We are very excited to announce the ground floor and lobby makeover. The Ibis Dubai Al Barsha has been a prominent feature of Sheikh Zayed Road since 2009 and we are thrilled to be upgrading our offering. We are aiming to create authentic experiences and memories for a confident, informed, and tech-savvy audience”

“An important factor for us is to reassure our guests that the hotel will remain open throughout this period, with a precise strategy in place to cause little to no disruption to travellers and diners alike. Our tagline being; New Vibes with continued good times.” Solomon continued.

Ibis Dubai Al Barsha offers 480 guest rooms fitted with complimentary wi-fi, climate control, a mini-refrigerator and Satellite TV. The rooms are warmly decorated and equipped with coffee making facilities. Every room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

Guests can enjoy a range of dining and beverage offerings, from breakfast at Baharat, showcasing the best of international cuisine, to Casa Latina, a Cuban-style bar and restaurant, which is perfect for dinner and drinks. Madison, located on the ground floor will close its doors mid-October, to be replaced by the brand new dining concept in early 2019 following the renovation. - TradeArabia News Service
