Turkish Airlines has announced the launch of direct flights between popular tourist destination Bodrum and London.

The flights have been introduced as part of efforts to make Turkey the top holiday destination for Brits seeking sun, sea and sand.

The Bodrum-London flights, which commenced on June 13, operate two times a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Turkish Airlines currently operates 90 flights per week to the UK including London, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh.
