Prior to Asia, she also held the role hotel manager of The Park Tower, Knightsbridge, London – a member of The Luxury Collection.
“As the first foray for Marriott International on Palm Jumeirah and the first W Escape (Resort) in the UAE, I am proud to be the fearless leader of this luxury rebel Brand. The team’s international and eclectic backgrounds, coupled with their passionate lifestyles, is electric. I have no doubt that this winning combination will be key to bringing the W Brand to life. W Dubai – The Palm will steal the scene with its innovative design, dynamic programming and limitless style,” said Scott.

Owned by Al Sharq Investments, the iconic W Dubai – The Palm will house 350 sea-facing guest rooms and suites on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeriah. Designed through the W lens, the Escape juxtaposes the man-made geometric skyscrapers with the organic waves of the desert. The Escape’s six restaurants and bars, include Wet Deck, the epicentre of the Escape; Torno Subito by global superstar Massimo Bottura - his first venue outside Italy; Akira Back – the adrenaline-fueled Korean culinary master; SoBe - defying the typical rooftop bar with a South Beach vibe and 360 panoramic views from sun down to lights up; LIV – offering everything to “Liv a Little” including a “Bucket List” of once in a lifetime items and W Lounge – for your curated cocktails pre/post dinner.
The hottest ticket in town will be the DND Suites - W’s version of the ultimate cabana. Guests can host a private event within the three exclusive DND Suites, elevated hideaways adjacent to the Wet Deck where they can be in the middle of the action without being the center of attention.
