Mint Leaf of London Dubai has welcomed Pradeep Khullar as its new executive chef.

Khullar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise having worked for notable restaurants throughout the last decade both in India and Dubai.

Khullar has achieved milestones throughout his culinary career including award wins for ‘Best Modern Indian’ from Hindustan Times, as well as contributing to the success of Indian Accents being featured in Asia’s Top 50 restaurants for three consecutive years.

He went on to secure the title of ‘Top Chef of the Year’ award for Excellence in North Indian cuisine in 2014, before his move to Dubai.

In his role as executive chef at Mint Leaf of London, Khullar will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, as well as the lounge. - TradeArabia News Service
