The theme nights promises guests and visitors endless options of international dishes and culinary in addition to rich creations and distinctive special touches prepared by the talented chefs.
 
Every Saturday, Olive Oil will allow its guests and customers to witness the chef’s creative talents through the live cooking stations and will present a wide collection of the famous Sicilian foods such as pasta, which plays a major role in the Sicilian and South Italian kitchen. Moreover, guests on Thursday’s can enjoy “La Noche Española” where the specialty outlet chef Adriana Toledo, hailing directly from Valencia will be serving nothing but authentic Spanish cuisine at Olive Oil in City Centre Rotana Doha.
