Iv Behri joins Centro Sharjah by Rotana as the new human resources manager.

Behri, an Albanian national, is a graduate of the Swiss Hotel Management School in Leysin, Switzerland.

In his new role, Behri will be responsible for the overall manning, maintaining a fully functional department that provides the hotel employees with efficient and timely services and developing HR strategies.

Behri said: “I am delighted to continue my career in Rotana at Centro Sharjah and look forward to ensuring that our colleague’s development and welfare is managed to its best as they are very important stakeholders in this industry.”

Having joined Rotana in 2013 as a Tarot (The Accelerated Refinement of Talent) participant, a Rotana 18-month fast track development programme, Behri has grown in the company over the years and held various positions. Following his completion of the programme, he was appointed as the HR officer in Salalah Rotana, Oman and later promoted to assistant director of Human Resources. He held this position in several properties including his previous, the Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi. - TradeArabia News Service
