The season of brunch is ongoing in the UAE and The Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai has recently launched an enticing new brunch offering - A journey of 101 Flavors brought by the hotel’s signature restaurant, Feast.
The Friday Feast provides a brunch concept that perfectly blends authentic food, fun-filled entertainment, and captivating activities for the little ones. Guests will embark on a culinary journey around the world while being gainfully entertained with family and friends.
Recently appointed Chef de Cuisine Chef Robert Chlopinski has thoughtfully designed a modern brunch menu that offers culinary dishes from around the globe. Guests are guaranteed to experience a piece of home under one roof with signature dishes inspired by renowned localities around the world including Lamb 26 from John Stone’s Sustainable Farm, Pomegranate and Tamarind Chicken from Northern Indian Village, Beef Rendang Braised with Coconut Curry from the streets of Kuala Lumpur, and Kelly Galway Oysters from the Irish Galway Bay.
The brunch showcases an array of live cooking stations, each dedicated to a specific cuisine. The chefs at each station prepare a variety of authentic dishes made from locally sourced ingredients that are of the highest quality.
“To enhance the guest experience, we’ve made our brunch offerings as interactive as possible. The chefs at each cooking station offer expert pairing recommendations of the perfect signature dishes with signature beverages. On request, our chefs happily tailor certain dishes to guests’ preference. On offer are also excellent Camembert cheese coming from renowned French cheese affineur,” said chef Robert.
The epicurean expedition begins as soon as guests arrive at Feast, as the senses are captivated by the flavorsome aromas from the live cooking stations. A tantalizing dessert station is a sweet ending to the exquisite gastronomical journey.
