New app helps Dubai restaurants tap into customer demand data

DUBAI, March 9, 2017

A new analytics resource has been launched that will help Dubai restaurants tap into data to anticipate demand, improve service quality, customer satisfaction and overall business processes.

UberEATS Restaurant Manager provides restaurant partners in Dubai with actionable insights to help improve their day-to-day operations and service quality at the touch of a button.

The web-based dashboard featuring intuitive visuals and detailed metrics around customer behaviours and patterns, will help restaurants track specific feedback and actionable insights. Now, restaurants will have access to insights about their service quality, customer satisfaction, and sales alongside access to the tools to make specific adjustments to improve their business.

Damien Drap, general manager, UberEATS Dubai, said: “With UberEATS Restaurant Manager we hope to serve up a winning recipe for our partners – continuing to support them in growing their customer base through efficient and reliable delivery, as well as providing them with invaluable insights to help them improve their business operations at a strategic level.”

Alena Agapova, manager of Original Wings and Rings in DIFC, who is using the new platform, said: "The UberEATS Restaurant Manager platform is very helpful for us in tracking the success of deliveries. It is also great to see customer satisfaction rates and best selling items, this enables us to focus on new marketing ideas and ways to make our customers try out other items from our menu. It is great for operations as well, that management can see the value of unaccepted orders.” - TradeArabia News Service
