Flynas, Airbus set to announce 60-jet order

DUBAI, January 11, 2017

European planemaker Airbus and Flynas, a Saudi Arabian budget carrier, have finalised an agreement for more than 60 jets, a report quoting industry sources said.

The order from Flynas, partly owned by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal's investment vehicle, is expected to cover  A320neo narrow body jets, the Reuters report said.

The order, likely to be announced today (January 11) would be worth $6.4 billion at list prices, it said.
