Bomb scare forces Lufthansa plane to make emergency landing

NEW YORK, December 14, 2016

A Lufthansa plane flying bound for Frankfurt from Houston made a diversion to John F. Kennedy Airport in New York on Monday following a bomb threat, said a report.

According to Fox News, The Lufthansa pilot made the precautionary landing in New York after someone called in a bomb threat to Lufthansa headquarters.

The plane stopped at a remote part of the airport. Passengers were unloaded and the NYPD Bomb Squad searched the plane.
