Towers Rotana Dubai recently welcomed Zeinab Abbas as its new front office director.

No stranger to Rotana, Abbas has accumulated more than nine years of work experience with the group in more than three hotels in the region including Gefinor Rotana, Al Ghurair Rayhaan & Arjaan by Rotana. She also joins the growing number of women in senior management at Towers Rotana Dubai.

Equipped with a Banking and Finance degree from the University of Beirut, Zeinab didn’t initially set out to be a hotelier.  Her training in the Front Office Department of Gefinor Rotana sparked her interest in applying for a Guest Service agent position, where she exceled to a Front Desk manager in her seven years in Gefinor Rotana. She then moved to Dubai in 2013 to join Al Ghurair Rayhaan & Arjaan by Rotana where she was promoted Front Office assistant director within an 18 month period.
